We are unable to transfer preexisting subscriptions to our new program.

If you have completed a purchase, you can view and manage your shipping address in your account dashboard. If you have changed residency, please notify the post office of your move so they can forward missed mail to your new address.

The time it takes from purchasing your subscription to the magazine arriving at your door may vary depending on where we are in our print cycle. You can expect to receive your magazine approximately 2-4 weeks after we reveal the cover for each new issue.

The first issue of our relaunch in June of 2025 (#369) is an exception and may take an extended 3-5 weeks after the cover reveal.

Yes, you can purchase a gift subscription. However, for the same price you can purchase the print + digital subscription and have all the perks on your account.

Yes! Accounts can only have 1 of either the print + digital or digital only subscriptions active at a time. If you want to receive multiple copies of the magazine you can order a gift subscription to the same address, or create another account so other members of your household can receive all the perks.

We do not currently offer print copies of past issues, but by signing up for a free account you have access to the full digital archive of all issues prior to our relaunch.

We require all subscription purchases to be made with a registered account.

We currently accept payment via credit card, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.

No need! Your subscription is set to to automatically renew a year from your purchase so you won't miss out on any issues.

If you currently have a digital only subscription, you can purchase the print + digital subscription and you will only be charged the difference between the two subscriptions. If this is not reflected during your checkout, please contact [email protected].

Our content is entirely selected by our editorial team, with no outside influence from any other entity. Advertising and sponsored content is always set apart and disclosed as such. If Game Informer ever features content with a potential conflict of interest (such as companies or products produced by Gunzilla Games) we will disclose that relationship clearly in our coverage.
